🚨 Opening Day is Almost Here!

We’re just about ready to cook! De Food Truck will be opening soon at our new home:📍 The Interlochen Depot – 2689 J Maddy Pkwy, Interlochen, MI 49643.

AJ’s Excavating has been hard at work getting the site ready, and next week we’ll be moving in! We’ve got picnic tables and lights going up, along with a few final touches to make the space feel just right.

If all goes smoothly, we’ll be opening Friday, May 30th—and if there’s a small delay, we’ll be rolling by Saturday the 31st at the latest.
